A little about me…
I know change because I’ve lived it: divorce, thirteen moves, career pivots, and plenty of unexpected turns. I now lovingly call these “plot twists.” Through it all, I’ve learned how to quiet the noise, reframe what feels overwhelming, and find the thread that pulls you forward. That’s the gift I bring to my clients—helping you see who you are, what you want, and how to move through life’s rollercoaster with clarity.
My path began in art education, where I wasn’t just teaching kids art, I was teaching them to believe in themselves. Later, I supported creatives and professionals through big transitions, translating complexity into something simple and doable. And after years of resisting what I knew deep down,
I claimed coaching as my true calling.
I’m not here to hand you a script for life. I’m here to walk alongside you, help you see possibilities you may have missed, and remind you of your own strength when everything feels uncertain.
You already hold the answers; my role is to help you uncover them.
I recently completed my Precision Nutrition Level One certification and now offer nutrition coaching alongside life coaching.
I believe when you nourish your body, you also feed your mind.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me painting, cooking, gardening, or traveling with my husband Jamie and our pup, Phoenix. Nature is where I reset. Creativity is how I breathe. Coaching is where it all comes together.
Let’s cut through the noise.
Let’s find your way forward.
